My stay at the Pullman Adelaide had its ups and downs. The location was spot on, right near Rundle Mall, and the room was super comfy with decent amenities. However, the service left a bit to be desired, especially in the restaurant, where a mix-up with my daughter's drink was a serious concern. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt there were some areas for improvement.
